5-Year Limited Warranty
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Every Nook & Night sofa, sofa bed and blanket comes with a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the day it’s delivered. If a covered part fails under normal home use, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What’s covered for 5 years
- Frame: breaks, cracks or warping of the frame and legs.
- Suspension: springs or webbing that break, come loose or stop supporting you.
- Sofa bed and modular parts: the parts that open and close the bed (the Classic’s flip-open base, Wanda’s slide-out platform) and the clips, brackets and hardware that hold sections together.
- Cushions and foam: foam that breaks down or permanently loses its shape, beyond the normal softening of new foam.
- Seams, stitching and zippers: seams that split and zippers that stop working.
- Dreamer Blanket: seams and stitching that come apart.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear, such as fabric pilling, cushions softening over time and small changes in color or texture.
- Stains, spills, burns, cuts, tears and damage caused by pets.
- Fading from sunlight.
- Damage from accidents, misuse or overloading, like standing or jumping on the furniture.
- Damage from cleaning that doesn’t follow the care instructions, for example putting covers or the blanket in the dryer.
- Products used in commercial or rental settings.
- Products that were modified, repaired by someone else, or bought second-hand or from another seller.
- Natural variations in fabric color and texture from one batch to another.
What we’ll do
If your claim is covered, we’ll send a replacement part, repair the product, or replace it with the same or a comparable item, whichever fixes the problem best. Replacement parts and shipping are free. If we can’t repair or replace it, we’ll refund the price you paid.
