Sit on it, sleep on it, live with it for 30 nights. If it isn’t right for your home, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the return. The return is on us: we pick up sofas and sofa beds for free, and we send a prepaid label for the Dreamer Blanket.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first: we’ll arrange the pickup or send you the label.
Items must come back clean and in like-new condition: no stains, spills, tears, burns, pet damage or odors (including smoke), and nothing missing. Please return every section, cushion and cover that came with your order, and the topper for sofa beds. Items that don’t meet these conditions may be refused.
When your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. Delivery and the return are both free, so you get back the full amount you paid.
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund, at no cost to you.
Want a different size or color? Start a return for the item you have, then place a new order for the one you want.
If your order is delivered in the EU or the UK, you also have the legal right to cancel it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right comes in addition to the 30-night trial.
Every product also comes with our 5-year limited warranty.
