Delivery is free on everything we sell, with no minimum order. We deliver to the addresses available at checkout.
Your order is delivered to your door within 7 days. You’ll see the estimated delivery date on the product page and in your cart. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number, and you can follow it anytime on our Track your order page.
If we can’t deliver within the time we told you, we’ll email you before that date with a new estimate. You can then choose to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
Sofas and sofa beds arrive flat-packed in several boxes, delivered to your door. Some boxes are heavy, so plan on two people to carry them inside. Setup needs no tools. The Dreamer Blanket arrives in one box.
Please look over the boxes when they arrive. If a box is visibly damaged, mention it to the carrier if you can, take photos and contact us. Anything that arrives damaged is replaced at no cost to you.
Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it or cancel it with a full refund. Once it has shipped, you’re covered by our 30-night trial.
Where it applies, sales tax is calculated at checkout.
